用戶使用郵寶網(HKmailbo)網上服務須遵守下列條款和條件：
1. 會員費用全免，每人只可註冊一個帳號。
2. 會員帳戶不得轉讓或出售，本網站保留刪除違反使用條款用戶之帳戶的權利。
3. 您的個人資料或貨品資料不得具有欺詐性、虛假、不準確、具誤導性、侵犯版權或專利權。
4. 如發生以下情形，本網站可能限制您的活動、立即刪除您的商品、拒絕向您提供服務：
i) 您違反本協議；
ii) 本網站無法核證您向本網站提供的資料；
iii) 本網站相信您的行為可能對您、本網站用戶或本網站造成損失或法律責任。
5. 用戶需就自身行為之合法性單獨承擔責任，您同意本網站對本網站用戶的行為的合法性及產生的任何結果不承擔責任。
6. 本網站不對任何用戶及其網上交易行為作出明示或默許的推薦、承諾或擔保。
7. 本協議內容均受香港特別行政區法律管轄。
8. 用家有責任定期審閱網站使用條款以得悉條款的變更，本網站保留修改條款的權利。
9. 所有用戶個人資料絕對保密，不會未經許可向第三方透露。
10. 郵寶網(HKmailbo) 不保證所發佈的資訊、產品、服務將符合您的需要或要求。

User should comply with the following terms and conditions when
using HKmailbo online services:
1. Membership fee is free of charge, each person should only
register one account.
2. Member account may not be transferred or sold to other person.
HKmailbo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account
for your breach of this Agreement.
3. Your personal information and product information may not
be fraudulent, false, inaccurate, misleading, infringe copyright
or trademark.
4. In the event of the following circumstances, we reserve the
rights to limit your activity, immediately remove your products,
and refuse to provide service to you:
i) your breach of this Agreement;
ii) we are unable to verify your information provided to the
Web Site;
iii) we believe that your action may cause you, our users or
the website's losses or liabilities.
5. User should act on the legality of own individual responsibility.
User agree that the Web Site is not responsible for any results
of realted user behavior on the legality of the website and
production.
6. The Web Site does not make the recommendation, express or
tacit consent, promise or guarantee to any users and their online
transactions.
7. All aspects of this Agreement is governed by laws of the
HKSAR.
8. The Web Site reserve the right to amend these Agreement when
deemed necessary. It is the Customer's responsibility to review
the terms and conditions.
9. All user information will be kept confidentially and will
not disclose to third parties.
10. HKmailbo does not guarantee the release of information,
products and services will meet your needs or requirements.
